Laphroaig – 10 Year Old – Islay
Laphroaig 10 Year Old is an all-malt Scotch Whisky from the remote island of Islay in the Western Isles of Scotland. Laphroaig, pronounced “La-froyg”, is a Gaelic word meaning “the beautiful hollow by the broad bay”. In making Laphroaig, malted barley is dried over a peat fire. The smoke from this peat, found only on Islay, gives Laphroaig its particularly rich flavour.
Bowmore – 12 Year Old – Islay
Bowmore has received much critical acclaim, with the late, great whisky writer Michael Jackson proclaiming it “remarkably long and complex.” The colour is warm amber, and on the nose you’ll pick up the trademark Bowmore peaty smokiness, along with subtle notes of lemon, honey and chocolate.

The Balvenie DoubleWood – 12 Year Old – Speyside
The Balvenie DoubleWood is a 12 year old single malt which gains its distinctive character from being matured in two woods. Over its period of maturation it is transferred from a traditional oak whisky cask to a first fill European oak sherry cask. Each stage lends different qualities to the resulting single malt ~ the traditional casks soften and add character, whilst the sherry wood brings depth and fullness of flavour.
Auchentoshan Three Wood – 12 Year Old – Lowland
Auchentoshan is triple distilled and matured in American bourbon oak; the whisky is finished in Spanish oloroso and Pedro Ximinez sherry casks. The result: a Lowland single malt whisky which is rich with dark fruits, think butterscotch, roasted hazelnuts and the signature smooth, delicate, Auchentoshan taste.
Yamazaki – 10 Year Old – Japan
Yamazaki single malts are aged in casks of three different kinds of oaks: American, Spanish and Japanese. This gives this 10 year old whisky its unique quality. This is a medium-bodied whisky with the aromas of dried fruits and honey. It has a delicate, mellow taste with a lingering, woody, dry finish.
