Five varieties of hops are combined with an excellent Cornish honey and subtle spices including Alecost (used to flavour beer before hops in the Middle Ages). This combination gives Honey Spice a delicately spicy, citrus and sumptuously bittersweet flavour designed to refresh the palate during the warm summer months.
