A lovely balance of flavours can be found in our winter beer. Dark, full and fruity with a dry and bittersweet finish, this is the perfect beer to brighten up a cold winters day.
Cornish Stout is brewed with roasted barley, wheat and crystal rye for an intensely roasted character. Apollo hops provide a resinous aniseed backbone and slow fermentation gives the beer a chocolate sweetness.
On a chance meeting Stuart in Devon on his recommendation we came and stayed 3 nights. We had a fantastic time and Patsy pupps loved every minute. Thank you and all the staff, food is fantastic. x
