"With our spring beer, we have taken the essence of the original IPA and modernised it to create a refreshing
drink with a superb dry finish and a pale straw colour.
Atlantic IPA is brewed from an all-malt grist and a blend of four hop varieties added at different stages of the brewing process. One of hese varieties is grown by the Eden Project in Cornwall, the result of ongoing work between Sharp's and Eden to re-establish hop
growing in the county. The hops give the beer a complex nature which is carefully balanced by a fresh, citrus aroma and light candyfloss notes."
