"Abbey Christmas is our interpretation of beer Cornish monks would have brewed in the middle ages to celebrate the festive season.
By combining some of the best practices of Trappist brewing learnt on our head brewers recent trip to Orval brewery in Belgium, Abbey yeast and local ingredients we have created a truly unique and delicious Christmas beer.
The local ingredients have been sourced by Eden Project and include Yarrow, a herb used to flavour beer before hops became widely available."
