Centuries-old traditions and lores have helped to make this dark ruby porter as sublime as the winter solstice and as sensual as the stones over which it presides. The taste buds are flooded with the pleasures of winter: hot chocolate, toffee and a lingering reminder of autumn past with the last berries and dark warming 'coffees with a shot' around the bonfire.
