"Our inspirational beers are born out of a passion for all that is pure and natural. Brewed under the clear skies of Salisbury Plain our fine ales strive to capture the elusiveness that is this mystical and ancient chalk down.

In our search for perfection we have sourced only the best of ingredients from the local area. Our Ales use water sifted through the ancient chalk. Our malt is laid down in the traditional way six miles away at Warminster Maltings. Our hops are individually chosen for their uniqueness and freshness."

Sheep Dip

Percentage: 3.8% ABV | Units: 2.2 per Pint
Sheep Dip is amber in colour quite a sweet start with a dry hoppy finish - all round a good seesion beer. Brewed "exclusively" for the Blue Raddle in Dorchester, Dorset.

Innocence

With the purity and sublimity of summers days past, Innocence is an ale with which to relax, an ale to be savoured, an ale around which to weave memories. Touched by the delicate fragrances of the scorched earth yet with the citric crispness and freshness of a woodland stream this golden straw coloured beer refreshes and revives, elevates and aspires. It is without doubt its simplicity and delicacy that gives this ale its unpretentious grace, a real innocent in a world of lost souls.

Innspiration

Percentage: 4% ABV | Units: 2.3 per Pint
A bitter with just enough power and complexity to make it interesting and yet enough restraint and simplicity and an ABV of 4.0% making it an easy drinking beer for all occasions. A special blend of malts delivers an initial depth of flavour, closely followed by a delicate bitterness and hints of citrus and flora from the selected hops, with a rich copper colour and a complexity that avows its name this is an ale by which to be truly inspired.
