Red Ale (Oak Aged) - Sharp's Brewery - "Sharp's Red Ale is brewed from an all-malt grist including amber malt for biscuit character, crystal rye for an intense red colour and a real depth of flavour. The hops are the classic English variety Northdown for bittering and the beautifully fruity Cluster hop from the US for aroma. Maturation over Cornish oak gives the beer a wonderfully rounded flavour and adds an earthy note in the mouth."
