Spring Cottage Biscuit

Percentage: 4.2% ABV | Units: 2.4 per Pint
A delightful full mashed biscuity bitter, with an emphasis on dry and crisp malt characters. The tasty body is complemented with a mildly bittered yet well-flavoured hop character.

Gold Standard - Keystone Brewery - "A gold-coloured hoppy beer full of citrus and floral aromas. Refreshing, an excellent beer for all."

Innocence - Plain Ales - "With the purity and sublimity of summers days past, Innocence is an ale with which to relax, an ale to be savoured, an ale around which to weave memories. Touched by the delicate fragrances of the scorched earth yet with the citric crispness and freshness of a woodland stream this golden straw coloured beer refreshes and revives, elevates and aspires. It is without doubt its simplicity and delicacy that gives this ale its unpretentious grace, a real innocent in a world of lost souls."

Red Ale (Oak Aged) - Sharp's Brewery - "Sharp's Red Ale is brewed from an all-malt grist including amber malt for biscuit character, crystal rye for an intense red colour and a real depth of flavour. The hops are the classic English variety Northdown for bittering and the beautifully fruity Cluster hop from the US for aroma. Maturation over Cornish oak gives the beer a wonderfully rounded flavour and adds an earthy note in the mouth."

Best Bitter (Traditional IPA) - Palmers Brewery - "A full-drinking, well-balanced beer with a delicious hop character, brewed with classic English malted barley."

Orchard Pig "Light" Medium Cider - Orchard Pig - "This is still and wonderfully refreshing. It is a soft, medium cider with a fruity, clean flavour and a lingering apple finish."

Equinox - Mr Whitehead's Cider Company - "Equinox is a light and easy drinking Medium cider, it has both dry and sweet qualities, coupled with a strength that makes it an excellent session cider."

Westons Country Perry - Westons Cider - "Made from perry pears and fully matured in old oak vats to develop its strength and traditional character. Free from all artificial colouring, flavouring and sweetening it retains its natural pale colour."

Westons 1st Quality Cider - Westons Cider - "This medium still cider has a well balanced fruity flavour and is smooth and mellow with a clean apple finish, leaving the mature taste of bittersweet apples on the palate. Unlike the cloudy scrumpies this is filtered to be clear and bright."

Blakeney Red Perry - Hecks Farmhouse Cider - "A medium single variety perry made with Blakeney Red pears.
Cloudy, light yellow appearance. Dry perry aroma. Great taste and a smooth finish - sweet but not too sweet with a good aftertaste."

Cider by Rosie - Cider by Rosie - "A Dorset cider. A traditional still, medium dry, full juice cider. It is made entirely of true West Country cider apple varieties and blended over the complete harvesting season."

Kingston Black Cider - Hecks Farmhouse Cider - "A medium-dry single variety cider made with Kingston Black Apples.
Hecks' Kingston Black is a smooth, lightly acidic, well balanced cider."

Port Wine Of Glastonbury - Hecks Farmhouse Cider - "A hazy pink & orange coloured cider.
Good medium flavour with a bit of sweetness and a drying finish."

Snakecatcher Scrumpy (Medium) - New Forest Cider - "Seriously strong, intense in flavour and character, being aged in spirit barrels. The ignorant might call it rough, but the knowledgeable connoisseur would consider it a robust English artisanal country beverage."

Westons Old Rosie Scrumpy - Westons Cider - "This still cider is allowed to settle out naturally after fermentation resulting in a truly old fashioned, full flavoured, appley, cloudy scrumpy, with a well balanced medium dry character."

Premium Perry - Broadoak Cider - "Pale green gold perry - medium with a subtle flavour."
