"The Brewhouse at Barnsley Farm, near Ryde on the Isle of Wight, dates back to the 18th Century, and Goddards Brewery is a revival of this tradition of farmhouse brewing.
In those days the beer was brewed for the estate and farm worker as part of his actual pay.
Whilst he would recognise some of the traditional hops - Fuggles and Goldings - and quality malts now used, he would be amazed at the technology employed to ensure the consistency and unvarying excellence of the beers produced."

Ale Of WightPercentage: 3.7% ABV | Units: 2.1 per Pint An exceptionally aromatic pale beer, originally brewed with long summer evenings in mind, but now available as a year-round session beer. Drinking lager is no excuse for bad taste when this stunner is on tap! |
Fuggle Dee DumPercentage: 4.8% ABV | Units: 2.7 per Pint Intensely flavoured, malty, hoppy, strong ale that makes your mouth water. Amber/brown in colour and full bodied. |
