Flack Manor Brewery is an independent brewery based in Romsey, Hampshire. Set up in December 2009, Flack Manor aims to bring quality cask brewing back to Romsey using the traditional method of Double Dropping. Flack Manor are supplying cask ale and bottled beer through pub and club outlets in the surrounding areas of Romsey as well as through their brewery shop "The Flack Shack".

Flack's Double DropPercentage: 3.7% ABV | Units: 2.1 per Pint A classic amber bitter with the full flavour of Maris Otter barley and the bitter citrus after tones of Sovereign hops. Flack's Double Drop is named after the almost lost brewing method of Double Drop Brewing. It is a very quaffable ale that is well balanced, using locally sourced malt, produced at a very drinkable strength. |
Flack CatcherPercentage: 4.4% ABV | Units: 2.5 per Pint A clean distinctive rich golden ale with an initial sweetness smoothly spiced with a crisp bitter finish leading to an old fashioned zesty linger. |
Black Jack PorterPercentage: 4.6% ABV | Units: 2.6 per Pint A smooth dark ruby coloured beer with rich aromas of roasted malt. An initial sweetness followed by a good lingering hop finish and hazel nut after notes. |
My first holiday, and oh boy doggie heaven! Great walks, new mates and yum yum sausages - another first for me! My humans loved it too, they mentioned nice room, great food and friendly people, will be back soon I hope.
